Added another way to get from the rim to the basin of the canyon, changed one of the bridges around, added collision models for the water towers, added slightly more skybox detail, moved the spawn into an areaportalled room to reduce render issues

Added a second build garage near the basin station, added/changed some stuff in the skybox, made the bridge ramp less painful (hopefully), added a few crossovers, attempted to fix yard switches.
