First public version.

Included:
* HTAL replaces all paper dolls for mechs
* HTAL has two rows, top row representing armor and bottom row representing internals
* Bars disappear when armor/internals of the corresponding section are destroyed
* Animation that plays will flash three times to indicate you took damage (would prefer fighting game approach but requires implementing a custom progress bar), will not prevent changes to progress, only color is messed with during animation.
* Color representation is tweaked:
* Default color -> Green at 100-90% health, should be a nicer conversion than immediately yellow at 0.01 of damage.
* Green -> Yellow at 90%-67.5% health, you are still above 50% so are at most moderately damage but still overall in good shape.
* Yellow -> Orange at 65.7%-45%, you are starting to get into more dangerous territory, probably be a bit more conservative.
* Orange -> Red at 45%-22.5%, you are starting to be in rough shape.
* Red at 22.5%-0%, you are in critical territory, no color changes here.

For reference previously it was this:
* Default color at 100%
* Default-ish -> Yellow at 99.999%-90%
* Yellow -> Orange at 90%-70%
* Orange -> Red at 70%-40%
* Red at 40%

This is why colors were somewhat deceiving at how much health you had because it was an exponential color curve (with less info the more hurt you were).
