Final Minor Tweak:
the SWS Pulse Rifle Should be more automatic then it was before now.

Minor Update:
Tweaked the SWS Pulse Rifle's Firerate to be more accurate to the source material(not too fast nor slow, right in the middle ground.)

Minor tweak to all weapons(Icons Potentially Fixed), and Contact Beam having a minor Rework for it to work.

fixed Contact beam's projectile not showing up properly.
