- fixed bugs related to ETS2 1.51+ update (incorrect headlight position in DAF NGD).
- added support for trailers from the Kassbohrer DLC and Kogel DLC
- added test option to select standard SCS license plate (for now applies to SCS trailers)
- changed logo for SCS trailers license plate frames
- Temporarily removing support for "MAN TGX 2020 Tuning Parts" by [madabub] due to conflicts
