- Adjusted the smart-link scope view
- Adjusted the zoom levels on all ctgcy scopes to be accurate to the zoom level it is stating it should be at
-Adjsuted all scope information to properly be left/right/centered aligned text when it makes sense
- Fixed M7 scope views not showing zoom change

Known Issues
- NVG error regarding the hex grid. To the best of our testing this is not a CTGCY specific issue but either an ACE or OPTRE isuue

Additional Notes
- The ACE belt setting on the M247 mags will be added to the M73 mags, just wanting to test if the feature actually works first on the m247 before doing a minor update for m73 support of it.
