• Added the Rurikid/Novgorod expansion features.
  
• Added the Mogyër features.
  
• Added the Alan features.
  
• Scandinavian adventurers are now spawned with some additional commanders and, if they're older, might already have a spouse and one or two children.
  
• Some error-fixing on the HRE decision side, which should better improve the AI's enemy targeting.

Made the mod play a bit more nicely with RICE's setup. Also changed Rollo's dynasty name to "af Möre" like RICE does, as I like that more.

Just updated to show compatibility with 1.11.3. No other changes.
