Fixes a Texture Issue regarding his Shoes.

Updates his Size Proportions as well as adds in some new VGUI Images made by @BlackTempusX

This update adds in the Missing Addon text file, which ensures that the mod will appear in the addons section in Left 4 Dead 2.
