Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a weird interaction between Blind Items and Cycling Items that caused Errors.
- Fixed an Issue that caused Items in the Death Certificate Dimension to be considered Blind when Curse of the Blind was active.

Features:
- Made use of REPENTOGON features to natively improve Blind Items Detection.
- Added the Player has Broken Glasses to the Blind Optimize Conditions to improve Accuracy when IsBlind is set to Performance.
