4.10 No longer completely cutting the PROCESS_PLANT_TO_BAG reaction. Instead the reaction is modified to no longer put plant growths in bags. Plant growths in bags are inaccessible to reactions, and unlike powders there are no mechanical reasons they should be in bags. This is only for mod compatibility with mods that rely on the PROCESS_PLANT_TO_BAG reaction to create unobtainable growths, as no AA defined plants can use this reaction.

4.7 Second half of 4.0 update.
Added byproducts to several production processes:
- Brewing, milling, extracting, etc. now produce byproducts such as hulls and skins
- Allows production of dyes from parts of the plant that would not be used in these processes
- In instances where the dye is made from the useful part of the plant, there is not a byproduct produced
- Bulk reactions (scrapping) allow producing these byproducts directly to facilitate large-scale dye manufacture
- Bulk reactions do not produce the primary products, only the byproducts

Changed dyes from tree leaves to use an alternate growth available at a specific time of year.
- Not all leaf growth stages are useful for dyes
- Prevents gatherers getting stuck in gathering zones containing tree leaves
- Helps alleviate stockpile overflow
