Changes:

- The Wagstaff event was reworked: Now you have multiple ways to help Wagstaff's unknown experiments. Give one of your rare cards in exchange for a special W.A.R.B.I.S. relic, lose a bit of health to receive a chaos potion or give one of your egg relics for a rare card like in the original version of this event.
- Gunpowder Card: damage 9/12 > 10/14;
- Wortox Soul Card: now reduce 1 sanity after using it, but the upgraded version don't reduce any sanity;
- Wortox Souls Relic: Now gain souls according to the enemy you kill. Bosses +5 / Elites +3 / Others +1;
- New voice lines for Wilson when starving and insane;
- Wilson's voice line now translated to both Brazilian Portuguese and Tradicional Chinese!


Bug Fixes:

- Wagstaff event with a few translation erros;
- The End is Nigh card now has the propper book rng Sound effect;
- Wolfgang's Body relic now changes both Hunger and Sanity relics with the right value;
- Winona's Generator relic was not giving energy for 4 turns as it should be;
- Updated the internal mod description to reflect the previous update changes;
- Added the missing character "ö" for Wigfrid's quotes in 2 relic's flavor text (English/Portuguese only).
