- Modified the values of "Allow Gnome To Spawn" with slightly different functions to determine which zombie can drop gnome. Now it works like this:
0= Off.
1= On, tank only.
2= On, witch only.
3= On, tank & witch.

- Added "Allow CSS Weapons To Spawn" feature on the cfg file. When enabled, CSS weapons will be dropped when killing Smoker (awp/ scout) & Hunter (sg552 + mp5).

- Added a new feature: "Allow Gnome To Spawn". This feature controls whether the "Gnome Arms Dealer" will spawn or not when tank or witch is killed

- Added mode 2 on "Enable Glow": Flare on the dropped items. When the value is set to 2, mode 2 is active & when a zombie drops items, a flare will mark the location. The duration of the flare follows "Item Drop Duration".

- Added "Enable Glow" feature. This controls whether the glow will show up when a zombie drops items. It's enabled by default. Set this to 0 if you want to remove the glow.

- Added a new special item drop on tank & witch: "Arms Dealer Gnome". This gnome is ammo piles with gnome skin. When you press E, you'll get extra bonuses aside from ammo refill: laser sight & fire ammo when there's primary gun, & "Black & White" status reset.

- Added value no. 2 on "T3 Can Pick Ammo" feature. Value no. 2 will make survivors automatically refill chainsaw fuel simply by carrying a gascan. Use this if value no. 1 on chainsaw is bugged by unknown causes.

- Added some scripts to fix a potential fuel refill bug on chainsaw when picking a gascan to refill fuel.

- Added "Tank Item Drop Chance " feature in "item drop bonus.txt" file in case if you want to lower tank's item drop chance below 100% if you think 100% chance is still too much drop rate.

- Added the "T3 Weapons Can Pick Ammo" & "M60 Drop Prevention System" to cfg file as features that can be turned on/off.
