- Updated the code to use statvalues instead of afflictions. This makes the slowness effects properly stack with other slowness effects.

- Fixed railgunshells.xml looking for the wrong mod directory, preventing the mod from being enabled.

- Added railgun shell overrides. They will now also be carried with one arm. The holding position changes depending on if you're walking or swimming.
