- small fix in clothing.xml

- Fixed an error within item distributions

-Updated for Build 42 (unstable branch for now, but unless any major mod structure changes happen should work when stable branch comes out eventually)

-Tested on B42 unstable branch, item could be found within expected loot places and worn correctly.

-Fixed hair and beard showing when wearing the mask
-Fixed clipping in cheek area on female head
