ghost town, no more reflection

There's a rare surprise on Blackout.

Souped up the Spartan Laser. It charges far faster but unfortunately, the gun's powered by your shields so you'll have to go without them while using it. It's available in the secret rooms of: Blackout, The Pit, Foundry, and Reflection.

Also, the Scout chest has a costume to it now.
