some nerfs and changes, along with bugfixes

Mark disappears on hit, and decays if too far away (not sure if this actually works, probably have to rewrite the code), and has a maximum lifetime
Scythe can no longer be disabled (Elder......)
Illuminant Blade IASA nerfed so it is punishable on parry
Jadethorn can no longer be FCed
Axecut now ground bounces and launches
Adra hits now hit cancel on the exact frame of hitstun rather than 1 frame after, meaning there is now a minor DI mixup on the scythe hits

styles now affect projectiles and hit effects (extra color 2 for Adra hit effects, extra color 1 for everything else)

magnitude of blade position is now accounted for while moving the scythe
reduced volume on a few things
replaced float math with fixed string math, should reduce desyncs

I didnt actually change anything i just updated the image
