Tweaked balance, removed many of the heavies that came out in final stage. so should be more streamlined now.

- Cleaned up the scripts, added some delays in the beginning of the match, I think too many playbill scripts were firing at the same time. Hopefully fixes any errors.

Increased player 1 pop cap to 200 because they start with troops.
