调整了MARSOC的装备，把7 BANG改成9 BANG，更改部分防弹衣贴图。

Adjust the MARSOC equipment. Change 7 BANG to 9 BANG. Modify some body armor pictures.

因为SOCOM把PJ换成MARSOC，所以特别版也作出适当调整，同时修改了部分图片，及更换了胸前贴着“SWAT”标志的防弹衣。
Because PJ convert into MARSOC in new update of SOCOM MOD, so the special version also as appropriate adjustments, and modify some pictures, and replace the body armor with "SWAT" logo. Now all armor with helmet.
