Performance Optimization

- Beside many flavors and QoL updates, TLW now also rewrote lots of laggy stuffs from vanilla EU4 and AB. Playing with TLW can much your game MUCH FASTER than playing standalone AB!

Features

- Obsolete decisions, modifiers or events from vanilla are actually still in the game and cause lags. They are removed or reworked to on_action events which completely negate the lag and offer a more flavorful gameplay
- AI Development, Unite Culture Group decisions cause lags so they are rewritten. The event Rise of Nationalism will fire on 1700 and merge valid groups into single culture. It can be turned off with a new Game Rule
- Easier gameplay and modifier icons for Nicaea/Hellenic Empire
- On AB startup, lucky_nation events spam any_country 30 times. They are rewritten to a fire_only_once event. Also, Iranian technology group used a scripted effect to discover provinces for EVERY COUNTRY in the group. Their discovered provinces are now hardcoded into history files and limited according to the Persian world knowledge. Thanks to them, your game setup time will become MUCH FASTER
- Decisions and events are checked by EVERY COUNTRY very often, even the countries don't use those decisions still check for them. They have been moved to on_action, only be processed by the VALID COUNTRIES, saving you lots of time and boosting game performance
- Blood and Iron Game Rule will spawn a super German AI until 1600, prompting them to form Germany
- Romanization base MTTH down to 50 years from 100
- Immortals units are now recruited from province builder instead of a decision
