- Added an April 27, 1945 Start Date.
- Reworked 'Unplanned Offensives' to only give a -90% attack modifier to the attacker.
- 'Unplanned Offensives' will now be removed when surrender progress is below 15%.
- Removed 'Unplanned Offensives' from German holdouts in France and eastern Germany.
- Added province modifiers to German holdouts in France and eastern Germany.
- Operation Hannibal will now give a small war support and stability bonus.
- All OKH Decisions will now show its location on the map.
- Added one new event.
- Gave Ferdinand Schörner two new traits (Infantry Officer & Winter Specialist)
- Updated a few stats on some German generals.
- Promoted some German generals to field marshalls since they were in control of Army Groups
- Most events will now fire more dynamically.
- Removed the Italian and Swiss focus tree and decisions as they were causing issues
- Removed some German divisions as they were decoy divisions that never existed or had merged into other divisions
