There is a hidden value called Domain Energy, it recharges at the same rate as black flash bar.
You need 60 of it in order to expand your domain.

This is a balance update.

Die (Black Flash) and Dismantle (Boosted) are NO LONGER Guardbreaks.
Chase now requires 1 bar to use
Fire Arrow no longer has homing, XY Plot instead.
Fixed Infinite Resources not giving infinite Black Flash bar.
