Released Agony ver:0.3.0

- overhauled many parts of the economy (costs and gains)
- reduced replenishment population costs
- added replenishment resource costs
- added detailed information of which replenishment depleted which resource/population

Overall, campaign pace should be more stable among all resources now.
It is also more important now to pick the correct units that can be sustained by your economy and to keep specific units as reserves in battle (as you might want to avoid certain replenishment costs)
