Population System
- reworked population system
- applies now per province
- each province has population capacity based on food and main building bonuses
- population capacity is decreased for recruited units and buildings
- removed base garrisons from all settlements

Leather & Cloth
- replaced food resource with leather and cloth resource

Economy
- removed unit upkeep (will be controlled by population upkeep)
- added back resource chains

Returning Features
- army garrison buff
- march/stance buff/malus
- resource chain
- resource capacities
- ...


::: Please note that this is still an early release. E.g.: Sea peoples factions are currently disabled, since they are crashing the game as player and need population system to be adjusted to their play-style.
