Added reminders for finishing the setup, changed turn counter starting value and temperature and oxygen starting values

Fixed a small issue, when player would enter the table with a color different than red.

If player color wasn't red, the game would deal the cards to nobody. Now, the setup first checks if the player is red, and only begins setupping if the color is correct.

A little error on my side: I uploaded a saved post-setup state rather than the initial state. Sorry! It should be fixed now.
