UPDATE: For 0.30.1 Meltdown Sounds ..

Fixes to doors, pipecaps and roof sprites. The connections throughput is now door-dependant. What this means is a door and pipe-connection cannot occupy the same side. If there is a door present the pipe-connection cuts off.

Fix to local version/workshop compatibility. Not sure what was different, possibly the thermal-port overlay graphics.
