Added a horn sound and horn mesh (Un-covered ploughs only), changed the driver animations to 'driving upright', and actually put the corrected plough textures in this time

Fixed white lines on roofs of MSOs and TSOs, normal mapped detail to un-covered ploughs and fixed a few texture issues on all ploughs.
