-Adjusted reception desk textures to look neater

-Fixed a stain in the headcrab canister apartment's bathroom

Known issues:
-Lack of any destroyed window frame model where the headcrab canister landed (fuck blender)

Major changes:
-Optimized mirrors (disabled when nobody is in room, fixed bug where they'd look funny if you looked at them from the wrong direction)
-Optimized window frames (Previously used 4 models per window, now down to one)
-Revamped the 10th floor apartment on the far right end of the hallway to appear under construction

Minor changes:
-Changed node placement on the roof to account for new layout
-Fixed the chair in the headcrab canister apartment not unlocking the door when instantly destroyed
-Changed destroyed buildings to blend better between the debris props and the wall brushes
-Added a little bit of dust around the headcrab canister
-Changed the ledge near the headcrab canister to hide a debris prop better
-Fixed a poorly placed areaportal behind the front doors
-Put nodraw textures behind locked doors on the first floor
-Fixed a large cavity inside the building that should have been part of the void

Known issues:
-Standing inside of window bars and looking up or down lets you see through all of them (doesn't matter very much, not going to fix it)
-Strange shadows on the roof of the destroyed building with the television (not sure what's causing this)
-Floor of the destroyed building with television has strange lighting (blocklight brushes are acting weird, will fix later)
-Lack of any destroyed window frame model where the headcrab canister landed (I don't want to open blender to make a destroyed variant right now)
-Lines in the center of the road are the wrong color
