Emergency patch

Found the error not allowing the base shotgun shells not loading into the shells bandolier.

All shells should function correctly now with the shells bandolier

I created a patch for the shells bandolier as a seperate mod,
but it's not showing in workshop anymore for some reason.
Anyways. I went ahead and added to the tetris modules.
It will now hold shells properly, as well as the HE/INC rounds for the noob-tubes from Britas.
If I left out any shells, @me.
