Updated all vanilla items with item logic

Nerfed Garbage/grocery bags (no containers allowed inside them)

Updated Britas.
Reworked some bags. Better, and more appealing. Screenshots provided.

Added all clothing and armor, using logic for items. IRL we would fold cloths or roll them up, making storage easier.
Clothing size reduced, armor increased, gas mask increased, full chem suit increase, etc.


Added the same logic to "Canteens and Bottles" mod
they should stay the same size now, empty or full.
Also scaled the items to be more realistic for immersion.
No more "because its heavier it should take up more space".
Will implement this in moving further.
