Made it run without clientside lua (hopefully). It will bug out and be near unplayable, but at least it won't crash.

I just realised how bad the hull breach sounds are. So I removed them (for now).

- Removed unnecessary images from the mod. It should be around 33% as big as before.
- Added new "off course" mechanic. If going too far from the main path, you will be on a timer before the crew is lost to space. This replaces crush depth.
Added 2 new campaign upgrades:
- Oxygen generation speed (15% per upgrade)
- Sonar range (50% per upgrade)

- Improved hull breach code. This should cause less lag and make hull breach air suction smoother.
Hull breaches should cause less janky instantly-pulled-outside-submarine scenarios where your character glitches due to the speed.
Previously, the code iterated through every single hull to find breaches. This would cause performance issues and other weird problems.
This also fixes hull breaches not affecting ragdolled characters.
- Hull breaches now depressurize the area depending on their size, instead of at a flat percentage rate per second. This means hull breaches will drain more oxygen.
- Even more hull breaches: Hull breaches now slow you down if you're caught in a hull with one.
- Added a new submarine, the Orca 2.
- Fixed a bug causing the Hemulen to not move.
