Added sound indication to fortnite building tool upgrade as well

- Added extra colour indication to players frozen by the upgraded freeze gun
- Added extra sound indication to someone attacking a player with the upgraded immortality potion
- Fixed upgraded amongus summoner's spawn location moving as more amongus are spawned

- Upgraded magneto stick no longer allows players to be picked up over and over by default
- Increased default struggle power for the victim of an upgraded magneto stick
- Fixed upgraded magneto stick removing upgrades from weapons
