- Upgraded hot potato no longer affects the owner
- Doubled the effect radius of the upgraded hot potato
- Fixed the hot potato and boomerang upgrade descriptions showing in chat each time the potato was passed or the boomerang returned

Finally fixed the TTTPAP:ApplyUpgrade() function not upgrading the weapon on the client side.

If a player was given a weapon and this function was called on it on the same frame, the name, camo, and any other client-side effects of the upgrade wouldn't be applied.

This should fix the detective ball, among us knife, moonball, mine turtle, boomerang, hot potato, magneto stick, and captain america's shield upgrades.

- Renamed a few upgraded weapon ent classnames
- Overhauled the moonball upgrade, the basketball.
- Now auto-picked up and forces players hit to drop their held weapon
- Basketball no longer disappears on killing someone with the slam attack
- Fixed a bunch of lua errors with the basketball
