Removed unnecessary health reset for minifier upgrade

Hopefully final fix to the minifier upgrade

Added compatibility with Custom Role's new role pack system

Fixed banned role list not working

- Cleaned up the banned roles code as it was getting a bit long
- Added the Hive Mind to the banned roles list
- Fixed lua error with the upgraded lift grenade

- Fixed lua error with upgraded uno reverse
- Added compatibility with upcoming Custom Roles change to passive items (Thanks Mal!)

Buffed all of the generic stats upgrades for floor weapons

Fixed the moonball upgrade not working after someone has already upgraded one once

Fixed incompatibility issue with the auto-player unstuck mod:
