added lag compensation in the entity tracker eyetrace

I should really improve my workflow for this.
Moved around the damage-causing blasts a bit to distribute forces better.
Now deals a nice and even 8,192 damage, optimally.

Fixes to impact force and reduced damage to 4096 (not for balance reasons, but so some props from killing entities don't go flying too far as to remove impact)

added kill icon (i hope)
