Foul Monstruosity trait for Strigoi bloodline :
Replaced the +75 armour by :
+75 armour (unmounted)
+20% missile block chance (when mounted)

(he had too much armour on his terrorgheist)

The Necrarch rank bonus for Master Necromancers (via skill Ominous Towers) now works
Strigoi Recruitment capacity bonus (via skill Grave Society) now works

Von Carsteins "human oriented skills nodes" have been changed, they should give the correct numbers of sylvanian units now
Necrarch Doomwarlock trait's effect concerning the purple sun of xereus wasn't working, now it reduce it's cooldown and +12 melee attack is added
Necrarch third bloodline awakening Blasphemous Tome now correctly applies to the concerned units and not all characters

Smooth Persuasion Lahmian skill changes :

Lahmian skill Smooth persuasion reduce now the allegience cost to recruit allied units by 15% instead of increasing the max limit of allied units in armies (because it won't work thanks to broken table :/)

Hive Mind Lahmian skill :
Fixed, it works now as intended with it's factionwide effect
