Peasant units no longer receive statistical buffs from the faction effect

Repanses starting army has been changed. Instead of Knights of the Realm and Questing Knights, she now starts with an extra unit of Foot Squires, as well as a unit of Royal Men-at-Arms (Skirmishers), Royal Men-at-Arms (Crossbows), Royal Mounted Yeomen Archers and a Blessed Field Trebuchet.
