- New nomadic nations: Mehmed's Nomads (Sunni, in Oltenia), Northmen (Norse, in Jamtland), and Teutons (Catholic, in Marienburg)
- All Christian European nations (except Teutons) are no longer nomadic.
- Poland now survives as a OPM in Leczyca
- European nations that did not receive "resurgence" events to allow them to colonize (Tyrol, Crete, etc) now get them. Crete can go Hellenic if it wants!
- When nations receive their resurgence events they gain base tax in their capitol.
- Western states receive a tech penalty for roughly the first twenty years, as do the Nomadic Muslims
- Most events tweaked for balance.
- Fixed Bosnian Legitimacy and Steppe Leaders.
- Other stuff I'm quite sure I've forgotten
