Polish supercop npc/player priorities

Remove SB Advanced Nexbots dependancy

Give stunstick more umph

Decreased walking speed, 55 > 50
Decreased "Jog" speed, 100 > 85

Don't use traces for footstep detection.
Increase footstep sound volume

Decrease jogging traitor button radius, was 1024, now 512
Don't create button if supercop_nextbot_jog is 1

Add jog traitor button
Supercop spawns with a traitor trap attached to him, for 2 credits you can make him jog.

Supercop now starts out with a smaller "Equip revolver" distance

Don't save navmesh when bot is removed
Stops navpatcher mistakes from accumulating.

Supercop turns faster when holding his beat'n stick.
Lessen the intensity of the revolver's ricochet sounds

Supercop now bypasses ai_ignoreplayers/ai_disabled
(Unless both sv_cheats 1 and developer 1 are set!)
