Fixed error with building menu (hope so)

Fixed recipe to give roasting pan back after smelting glass

Sorry for the second update in one day, but it is usefull.

• changed the amount of glasspanes needed for walls. Now it's 1 per wall
  
• changed the amount of glasspanes you get from smelting. Now it's 6 per pan.

added Spanish translation (tnx to Inferno)

[BUGFIX] Black and glass doorframes now place correctly

[BUGFIX] Glasspanels craft is now available for players without Improvised glass mod. Sorry for this mistake and weekend update.

• Fixed small fences. Now they should be hoppable.
  
• Added black framed wall and roofs.
  
• Added full glass walls.
  
• Added glass panels from Improvised Glass mod, which are now required to build glass walls and roofs. Read the description for more details.
