Fixed a comma removing all of Laios' sound, much to Chilchuck chagrin

Added new camping sprite for certain skins. Updated Town Event art. Added hamlet sprites for his town event. Added a scaling Blight Resist vs Vegitation buff to Monster Knowledge. Delicious in Dungeon now has a custom sound. Reduced Town Event chance.

Fixed an issue with Hell Pit Bits' buffs not activating after camping during a mission and changed it's rng rolls just in case. Changed the text in the secret Leg Pouches buff to make it more obvious.
