Reworked Waypoints again after finding the Power Mainline junction box was deemed unable to be repaired by the bots.

Added Emergency Reactor Shutdown Buttons, one on the Power Mainline junction box, and one to the navigation terminal. Allows for more than one failsafe to prevent potential reactor meltdowns should one start to occur.

Two New Rooms Added. An additional Ballast tank, to the front of the submarine, and a crew quarters room above it.

Old placement of 2nd Discharge Coil was redone following the nose of the submarine being reworked in order to accomodate the additional ballast tank and new crew quarters room.

Updated hull, gaps, and a few waypoint spots. Reduced engine speed (by a small amount, submarine was going faster than intended). Repositioned a few items on submarine, fixed the ballast light indicators at ballast access. Did some decoration tweaking in engine/reactor room, modified positioning and scale of containers in room that is between reactor/engine room and ballast access.

Updated Waypointing again, fixing bots getting stuck on ladders for more than 20 seconds. Redid the gun placements a little, added a second discharge coil as well on front lower nose. Bottom airlock/docking hatch section had the pump, detector, hatch, and hull fiddled with in order to ensure water got drained properly. Same case for bilge pump in oxy room. Added junction boxes where needed for whatever mods that add fabricators or anything that needs power. Oxygen detectors also added and properly wired to the status monitor. Diving Locker compartment also added in engineering for extra suit storage. Lighting was modified in order to give an adjusted lighting scheme that left a little less dark spots without brightness being too much in one area. 1. Redid the bottom hatch, thanks to the help of someone on the Undertow Discord being absolutely wonderful and helping me with the situation I was in. The bottom docking hatch also now functions as an airlock ontop of being the docking hatch still.

2. Added Diving Supplies and aesthetics to go along with it at the bottom docking hatch/airlock for quick resupplies. Includes an oxygen shelf that is powered to refill oxygen containers for quick hot swaps, as well as tool and medical supply compartments.

3. Added a few more fire extinguishers... Should prevent fires from spreading too fast now, hopefully.

4. Fixed minor pathing issue at engineering. It wasn't game breaking, but it did annoy me enough that I went and fixed it.
