- Fixed "attempt to call method 'SentenceStop' (a nil value)"
- Whenever ReAgdoll starts without any REASFX modules installed, the cvar "reagdoll_sfx" will be automatically disabled

- Fixed bug where combines would play postmortem sounds multiple times after dying

- Added the much requested combine deathsounds, combines have an extra sound type called "postmortem" that will play whenever a combine ragdoll dies

- TEMPLATE: added support for missing file types, now if you want to you dont need to create sound files for all death types, though that means that said deathtypes simply wont play a sound
