- Quick patch to make Cities generate all modules instead of just the Docking module, this means you can access the engineering and research bays in case your ship cant handle that.
It also means you can rob a lot more stuff, but you wouldn't do that right?

- Since I last checked barodev hardcoded a set of nearby stations when a campaign starts to make the new player experience less confusing if "None" types generated.

So I replaced those stations with rocks to fix the issue.
We are so back. Ignore and event related errors its probably fine...
