Rhox: 4.1 fix. Projectile homing and caravan script change

Rhox: Added agent action scaling to almost all non-caravan guys as they were missing it

Rhox: Fixed the issue of variant selector causing error

Rhox: Reduced the region trade value increase coming from the Fooger caravan to half. Which is still large since only one more faction is added, but maybe I'll decide what to do later
