Fixes and changes:
-Added all languages support
-Added Shared maps
-Fixed not being able to kill Regret
-Reduced the mod size more than half
Known bugs:
-Plasma bullet impacts for some reason have the incorrect effect (This problem happens when the maps are compiled so I think it is unfixable)
-Characters do not move their lips in the cutscenes if the game is not in English
