Updated to work with B42.3.0, fixed file organisation

Fixed an issue where no backpacks would spawn, shoutout to Allerai for the help

Added a Pompompurin backpack variant as it was highly requested.

Previous storage nerf was a bit too strong, so I am increasing again.

Added some requests and extras to the mix including: MyMelody, Cinnamoroll, Badtz-Maru and Keroppi. I also lowered the drop rate for these since there are now more chances to find a backpack per container.

Fixed an issue where the Hello Kitty backpack wasn't spawning in the world.

I nerfed the storage of the backpack and the spawn rates a little bit, it's still very good and usable but you can always use the transmogging mod if you want to use a pack with more space but keep the look of this one.
