not so atmospheric anymore

- added randomly-picked reactions to the thalamus brain being attacked; some combinations can be deadlier than others
- rewrite radiointerference to match the new random defensive feature system; volume also now scales with distance instead of being on/off
- rework wrecked sonar to use lua; allows better random intervals between pulses
- add lights to vdr items; makes them easier to find
- improve mod support (mostly barotraumatic); headsets that require a battery to work will now only be affected by radiointerference when working
- add groundwork lua for planned features: brain variants, fleshradio, etc

- reworked and added more variation to some sounds

- modified and changed some lua hooks to also run in client-side to minimise some delay in multiplayer
