Fixed bug that caused the designer to display confusing stats.

-Added 20% debuff to support aa. 14 tanks can't have the same value as 36 tanks.
- Updated thumbnail to one that does not have any typo's

Update 1.2
Based on received feedback I've reduced the amount on tanks that are needed to fill a support company.

The new numbers are:
20 for light and medium and modern tanks
16 for heavy and super heavy tanks
14 for anti-air companies

All down from 24 tanks.

The only exception is the light tank recon which remains on 24 tanks. Since editing that number would require changing existing files which i don't want to do to preserve compatibility.
