Various fixes

Added 3 new ammo

- 20x139mm APDS
For my Upcoming Wiesel mod.

- 30x137mm APFSDS
For my Upcoming Puma IFV mod.

- MELLS, multirole-capable lightweight guided missile system.

Basically a fancy graphic rocket missile with custom projectile.
to be also use with Wiesel and Puma IFV
