Fail: Added three new damaged tiles to replace the placeholder fences with long wire

Fixed. Fences with long wire don't have proper damage tiles, had the wrong tile before, using a placeholder for now that looks like broken wood

Fixed. Large fences needed an addition check box ticked to have collision on [can be hit by car / stop car (when hit)]

Traffic cones both small and large were waaaay too strong, including the green wheeled garbage bin. I had speed at 1 and impact at 1 (lowest setting) and it does stupid damage. Sorry! Now set at zero.

Green metal trash bin was not marked as a bin. Not tested yet, but should be fixed.

Added trash containers. Green garbage bins have slightly higher capacity than the round grey bins. Small round bin pickup weight reduced. Damaged tileset added to green wheeled bins and grey bins.
