- FTilt has a bit more endlag and the hitboxes are a bit less active (it just felt a bit too active and risk-free lol)

Nerfs
- Sing final hit is now a bit less active which makes it slightly easier to punish (-3f), and the deflect hitbox is also a bit less active (-10f)
- Rollout no longer breaks projectiles, making it lose to (most) projectiles
- UStrong multihits + scoop hitboxes are now a bit smaller

+ Fixed UStrong sometimes playing an error sound on parry
+ Fixed super effective hit sfx sometimes playing when Sing hits someone
